In my previous post What After Posting A Blog Post, I mentioned about Responding to comments on your blog posts. This is a beneficial activity to welcome users and to engage them with your Online Marketing Agency’s blog. After a blog post we get both positive and negative comments from users and we should deal with all kind of comments with pleasure. In this post I am going to list some tips which can be advantageous to deal with comments on your blog, here are they:-

Fast response to comments:- First of all you need to make sure that you reply as soon as possible on your blog comments, the longer you take to respond, the more you risk of being rude and uncaring you take, It is a best practice to reply within 24 hours.

Integrate value to reply:- Replying on comments gives you an opportunity to build relationship and trust with followers, and adding value to your reply considered like ‘Icing on the cake’. Being helpful by providing relevant options to a problem is a nice way to gain the trust.

Be sure about the facts you provide:- Integrating value to your reply is a good thing but the facts which you are providing to add value should be legitimate and true.

Be ready for negative comments too:- This is the other side of coin, at one side you get appreciation for your blog post and on the other side you get negative responses too, but you should be ready to deal with those comments with a genuine and sincere manner. If someone is giving feed back to improve your writing or the facts you have provided then you should welcome it.
